Water Damaged Ceiling Remediated

The ceiling of a local home was damaged due to a leak within their roof. This was unknown to the homeowners until the water stains were seen in the drywall of their ceiling. By this point the drywall had saturated a good deal of water and the moisture levels were at a concern for the growth of bacteria. They gave SERVPRO a call at this point and we were able to get out on site and analyze the situation. From here we were able to determine which parts of the drywall needed to be removed and extract the rest of the moisture with a containment unit, a few dehumidifiers, and several air circulators.
