Water Damaged Drywall Removed and Moisture Extracted

The living room of a Santa Clarita Valley home suffered from a great deal of water damage following a leak due to a broken roofing tile. Water from rain and condensation was able to collect in the ceiling of this home and absorb into the surrounding drywall.

After the homeowners were aware, they contacted SERVPRO® of Santa Clarita Valley. SERVPRO was able to get onsite quickly and assess the damage. Once the damage was assessed SERVPRO was able to mitigate the damage by removing the drywalll and extracting all the moisture to prevent the growth of mold or any further damage.
